Great addition to going up the tower - good tour company

We really enjoyed this guided tour - our guide Ami was super friendly and knowledgeable and added so much to the experience. We initially booked the elevator tour, but the company messaged a few days before to say queues were exceptionally long this week and would we like to switch to stairs. When we confirmed we wanted to switch, they sorted it all out for us just off the back of our email, and I'm so glad we switched! We saw the whole tower in the time others hadn't even got their elevator tickets (arriving at the same time). Checking in was easy and they talk you through all the security/entrance procedures. Would definitely recommend both tour and company.
