The villa has 4 beautiful double beds and one bedroom with 2 beds. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with hydro and shower. Two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with 2 single beds are on the ground floor, there are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. We rent the entire property. The spacious bedrooms have been decorated in elegant colours. On the ground floor there is a large living room of about 60 square meters with 3 sofas and a large table, there is a large 75-inch satellite TV, a stereo radio and a bluetooth speaker for your relaxation. Next door is the dining room about 30 square meters with a fantastic traditional fireplace, the dining room leads to the pergola equipped with 2 sofas and a large table for dining and you can admire the breathtaking views of the rolling Tuscan hills all around and hear the sound of silence.
Between the dining rooms and the living room there is the kitchen which is equipped with all comforts (90 cm oven, 90 cm gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, American coffee, espresso coffee machine and mocha). Inside the living room there is a corner with another 4 burners and another sink.
The large private garden with a wonderful panoramic swimming pool overlooking the hills is equipped with 2 gazebos, tables, deck chairs to guarantee you a relaxing holiday. In the laundry room you can find a washing machine and an iron. The BBQ is 10 meters from the villa.
