It took a long time to find this house. We have been coming to the island for 20 years and knew very clearly what we wanted: its a place of total privacy with enough space for our kids to romp and run around in safety: the garden is 10,000m2 (and completely surrounded by a boundary fence). There are olive, almond, apricot, fig, grapefruit, lemon and orange trees with lots of shade (and sun of course!) and a lovely pool and casita.
The house has 5 (air-conditioned) bedrooms, one of which can easily sleep 4 kids, and 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite). Something simple but luxurious, a holiday home in the truest sense, a retreat: easy but glorious living, with all mod cons.
The villa is equipped with all mod-cons and has high spec appliances: air conditioning (everywhere), 12mgb high speed WIFI (even in the garden!), Smeg and Electrolux fridge freezers, Krups coffee machine, filtered water on tap, goose-down/feather duvets and pillows, 100% cotton sheets, multi-regional DVD players, power showers, jacuzzi bath, walk-in dressing room, etc, etc.
