We supply top quality linens and towels (same provider as 4 stars’ Parisian hotels), starter sets for soap, shampoo, toilet paper, laundry & dishwasher detergent. A final cleaning is included in the total rent.

The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful Parisian building and is accessible by elevator. It has been refurbished recently and is located in a very active location.
The bright living area offers a very nice view of the Odeon theatre.
The dining area faces the living room and can sit up to 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, cookware, etc.). The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed and a it’s own bathroom.
/!\ This apartment is unfortunately not suitable for children.
It is air conditioned and has double glazed (reinforced) windows making it a noisy-free apartment.
There are two bathrooms equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. There are a washer/dryer and also a TV with cable (including international channels).
