The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator which is rare in the Marais. It’s very spacious with 140 sq meters/ 1500 sq feet : 3 bedrooms, each with queen bed. Bedroom 2 can be converted to have 2 singles instead of a queen and all bedroom have en suite bathroom with toilet. There is also a guest toilet.
The office has a large desk in case you need to work and fast internet throughout the apartment – Fiber optic 400 mbps.
