If you are listing a property with us we will collect information in relation to us letting you property:

2.Contact details, including address, contact number and email address
3.details for the accommodation you wish to let
4.Payment details. Credit or debit card information is entered into the fully protected and secure web based application of our credit card payment processor which deletes the information immediately after the transaction is completed. You will receive an email not containing confidential details directly from the processor, or if you so request via fax or post from us. We keep no records of your credit or debit card details.
How do we use the information we collect:

1.To allow us to complete a booking, if you have made a booking with us
2.To enable us to advertise your property, transfer payments due to you, to contact you with regarding your property (if you are letting your property with us)

6.We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
